What is the North Central Montana Economic Development District?
We are a 501(c)3-certified non-profit that provides technical assistance to businesses, helps with community development projects, facilitates Brownfields assessments for properties, spreads information about business development opportunities, and more!
We got started in 2004 as an official Economic Development District (EDD), recognized by the U.S. Economic Development Agency (EDA) as the people to talk to in our region. We're also recognized by the State of Montana's Department of Commerce as a Certified Regional Development Corporation (CRDC).
Also, we're really good at memorizing acronyms.
What is this blog for?
Special information that doesn't always fit in our email newsletter. Business advice, special events, slides from our annual meetings, and all sorts of things like that. This blog gives us a chance to communicate less formally with our audience and have a little fun.
